SUE ELLIS:  My husband purchased flowers for me and when he was checking out, Sue who was also checking out, told him that she would take the flowers back to the Floral Dept. and have them wrapped because it was so cold out.  She also offered to bring them to our car after.  It appeared that she was "off the clock" when she did all this.  What a special lady

ADAM QUADE:  My husband and I were in the store to pick up some meat we had processed.  There were 5 large boxes and Adam noticed how many we had and offered to help us with them.  It was right after the big snowstorm and the weather was terrible.  He helped us out helped us load the boxes.  He is one of the people within your organizationthat makes shopping here a great experience.

SUE RAHN:  We had lost a receipt for tax purposes and inquired about getting a copy.  This request quickly turned into a treasure hunt.  Sue was persistent and repeatedly went out of her way to help us.  In the end, the transaction was found, and we got our copy.  Thank you.  I love shopping Pick 'n Save.

DEREK JOHNSON:  I was looking for Boca Burgers.  The boy in the Produce Dept. didn't know what I meant.  Derek saw me look at him and ran right over.  He asked me if I needed help.  I was in a hurry.  He took me right to them.  Friendly and nice.  I was so grateful.

BRANDON MUELLER:  Brandon was very courteous and helpful.  It is fun to see new employees representing your company well.
